Terms & Conditions
- You must be 16 years or older to enter
- 1 hour hire will be on a date chosen by The Party Bus Company or where chosen by the winner there must be a paying charter booked for the same date.
- Once posted you agree that party bus has the right to use your photo/s on social media or on their website as marketing material.
- You may be asked to send through a high quality image for use on the Party bus Website & social media platforms.
- Free 1 hour hire can be used for the winners choice of hire within The Party Bus Companies standard hours of operations pick up between 8:00am – 9:30pm Monday to Sunday.
- Free 1 hour hire will not fall on a Public Holiday
- You do not need to be the hirer of the charter to enter the competition.
- You agree that all photos taken onboard Viper were taken by yourself or you have the direct permission from the person who took the photo to use it.
- You are able to enter this competition with photos or videos that pre date the this competition start date of 17 May 2025 no older than July 2024.
Viper Liquor Licence
- If the competition winner is 18+ the free 1 hour hire can be licensed in which the group can purchase drinks from the bar onboard
- all standard rules of hire will apply and the winner will be required to fill in our Viper booking form or BYO booking form
Extending the hire
- The winner will have the option to pay an an additional cost to extend their hire $400 per hour (standard rates)
- Byo can also be added where the hire is being extended where the Winner and all guests are 18+ and are able to produce a valid ID on entry
All of our standard terms and conditions apply as well as the terms of our liquor licence and hire terms
